Have it finalised by a practising attorney-at-law who specialises in estate planning.
Provide you and your executor with an EQ Box or electronic wallet of all your assets and title documents stored in one single, safe space—this allows your assets to be easily updated, as you make any changes during your lifetime. It also eases the probate burden on your executor by having everything you own clearly listed and protected with account numbers, location, name of institution, etc.
