Wondering if you need a Will based on WHAT you own, HOW you own it and WHO you want to leave it to? Answer these questions and our calculator will determine whether you definitely need a Will or if one isn’t required at this stage.

Just create a user account to get access to our will questionnaire, where you’ll enter information about your assets and who you’d like to leave them to. Our app will convert those details into a draft Will, which our attorneys then review, finalise and deliver to you for a fee – and just like that, you’ve got a valid Will!

Part of this service includes a one-hour Estate Planning consultation to discuss certain Will recommendations, as well as the overall structure of your estate.

Once you engage EQ to carry out estate administration services, our handy app will make the process transparent and easily trackable. It stores all the required documents and provides you with regular updates on where the process has reached.
